Rubber flooring for Trucks and trailers
To guarantee your horse’s comfort and safety during transport, we recommend fitting your trailer or truck with SAGUSTU rubber flooring or our rubber screed. Using our products ensures that your horse will have a secure footing during the journey.
We offer seamless rubber mats up to 2.50 m wide, especially for trucks or larger trailers.
SAGUSTU-walkway flooring patterned fabric on both sides
Impermeable to water and urine, highly non-slip and simple to install as they are supplied rolled.

Installation:
We recommend that rubber flooring in horse trailers and trucks should be glued across the entire underside. The joints should be sealed using our cartridge (sealant, not silicone!) to prevent moisture penetrating beneath the mats. Otherwise, the adhesive will lose its hold. Directly before applying the adhesive, ensure that the back of the rubber mats (except for rubber mats with fabric backing) and the area to which the mats are to be applied are sufficiently roughened!

Hammered top surface, smooth underside, impermeable to water and urine, non-slip, easy to clean and simple to install as they are supplied rolled.

Surface with pimples, underside with tear-resistant fabric. Large pimples give this flooring excellent non-slip properties.

Sagustu-liquid rubber flooring
We’d like to draw your attention to the fact that SAGUSTU Rubber Screed is made of natural rubber and is solvent-free. This environmentally-friendly composition means that a chalky deposit may form on the surface at certain levels of humidity or residual moisture in the ground beneath it. This can be removed using a standard limescale remover. Slight hoofprints are created in the surface when the puffy upper latex layer gets squashed. This squashing function is important for the stability of the horse; it will not damage the covering. Installation instructions will be supplied when your goods are delivered, once you have placed your order.
Seamless installation creates a permanently smooth rubber flooring which is impermeable to water. Impervious to PH neutral cleaning agents. A coating thickness of 20 mm is recommended in the stable area and veterinary hospitals. Installation on wood, concrete, interlocking paving, metal and other surfaces possible. The surface can be made smooth and closed cell with the aid of a spiked roller.
