Impact insulating and flexible wall protection made from polyurethane:

Tip: To provide even better impact absorption, SAGUSTU Cellular Rubber can also be used beneath the rolled matting to provide additional flexible padding.

Mounting:

The rolled mats can be installed using screws and washers. They can also be glued using our contact adhesive (wall adhesive) over the entire area. Directly before applying the adhesive, ensure that the area to which the mat is to be applied and the back of the rubber mat itself are sufficiently roughened.

Our Diamond mats provide the best protection for your stable walls when used as wall coverings.

Mounting:

The mats are screwed to the stable wall. Washers should be used to ensure that the screws do not pull through the rubber. We recommend using an aluminium finishing strip along the top edge to prevent horses from biting the rubber mats. For even better absorption, SAGUSTU cellular rubber can be placed under the mat as additional flexible padding.

Flexible padding beneath rubber mats or rolled rubber mats on walls or floors. This creates a two-layer covering, making it significantly more flexible and soft. The material has a closed cell structure, resulting in a maximum water absorption capacity of 3 %.
